Typefaces Studio Work About
End user license agreement (EULA)

This contract pertains to the utilization of our typeface and its constituent fonts. Our products are licensed to you as an end user, rather than sold. This EULA governs the usage of our Digital Font, as presented on the www.margotleveque.com/products web pages and/or any catalogs of Margot Lévêque Studio. It is a legally binding agreement between you, the end user, and Margot Lévêque.

By paying for, downloading, installing, and/or using our Digital Fonts, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the terms of this agreement. If you do not accept the terms and conditions above and below, refrain from purchasing, accessing, downloading, installing, or using our Digital Font.

LICENSING

Our pricing structure is straightforward and only takes into account the total number of employees within your or your client's organization. We do not calculate pricing based on how many users will be utilizing the font software within the company, but solely on the total size of the company. The total number of individuals employed by your organization determines the size of your company for licensing purposes.

We provide a all-in-one single license that covers all applications; including desktop, web, print, logos, broadcast and app licenses.

You can purchase licenses up to 2XL on our website. For licenses larger than 2XL, please contact us at system@margotleveque.com
Buy font files on behalf of a client

As a payment facilitator, you have the option to buy font files for your clients. However, it's important to note that your clients must still be the ones to hold the license and abide by the terms of use. Designers, agencies, and studios should purchase a license for the digital font based on their client's company size, and they will charge them for it.

If you are working on behalf of clients, you do not need to purchase a license for your own use. Only the client should be the licensee. However, you cannot use the font for your personal and commercial purposes.
TRIALS

Our trial license offers the opportunity to test and evaluate our font software with ALL GLYPHS included! This allows users to create test documents, visuals, and web pages for presentation to clients or interested parties. We also provide this trial license to students for academic and personal projects. However, it is important to note that any external, commercial, or public use is strictly prohibited without purchasing a license.
STUDENTS

Students can buy discounted fonts for personal and commercial projects during their studies. After graduation, personal projects begun as a student can still use these fonts. Client projects require a separate license. Teachers at accredited institutions can also get discounted fonts for teaching and non-commercial class projects. The student font pack covers various media types with its educational license.
